2. Intellectual Property Rights and Data Usage License

(1) Attribution of Intellectual Property Rights to Provided Data

The intellectual property rights regarding agricultural data, etc., provided by the customer to the Company through the Service (hereinafter referred to as "Provided Data") shall belong to the customer.

(2) License to Use Provided Data

The customer grants the Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the Provided Data within the scope of the "Purpose of Use," including the provision of the Service, the research and development of products/services, and statistical analysis.

(3) Attribution of Intellectual Property Rights to Derived Data

The intellectual property rights regarding result data, algorithms, statistical data, know-how, etc. newly generated by the Company through the processing and analysis of the Provided Data (hereinafter referred to as "Derived Data") shall belong to the Company.

3. Joint Use and Third-Party Provision

(1) Third-Party Provision

The Company will not provide customers' personal information to a third party, except in the cases specified below.

  • When the customer's prior consent has been obtained
  • When required by law
  • When necessary for the protection of a person's life, body, or property
  • When it is necessary to cooperate with a state organization, a local public body, or a person entrusted by them in executing the duties prescribed by law
  • When outsourcing all or part of the handling of personal information to the extent necessary to achieve the purpose of use

(2) Third-Party Provision of Agricultural Data, etc.

The Company may provide the Derived Data specified in the preceding paragraph to the Company's partners, research institutions, and alliance partners, etc., in a form that does not allow the identification of the customer.

4. Request for Disclosure, Correction, Suspension of Use, etc., of Personal Information

Customers may request notification of the purpose of use, disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, suspension of use, or erasure of their personal information held by the Company, based on the Personal Information Protection Act. Upon receiving a request from a customer, the Company will promptly respond after confirming the identity of the person making the request.

Customers may at any time request the suspension of use or deletion of the agricultural data, etc., they have provided. The Company shall promptly comply with the customer's request. However, this shall not apply to Derived Data that has already been generated.

5. Security Control Measures

To protect customers' personal information and agricultural data, the Company will implement technical, organizational, physical, and human security control measures to prevent unauthorized access, loss, destruction, alteration, or leakage of the information.

6. Use of Cookies, etc.

The Company's website may use cookies to improve the service. Information obtained through cookies does not identify individuals.
